I also wanted to add, I’m over a year off ativan and I still have symptoms of withdrawal… sucks. I have twitching muscles still. The more I listen to your video, when you talk about s/x coming off effexor… I think you are actually experiencing ativan w/d. I had all those «delayed responses» with movements, it was hell, and had? bad panic attacks, tinnitus (ringing in the ear) … scary crap. But YOU CAN DO IT! I was ON ativan and my body was going through tolerance withdrawal… was hell.
